Who we are and what this policy covers
WholesaleReverse.com (the “Site”) is operated by South River Mortgage, LLC (NMLS ID 1854524) (“South River Mortgage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit the Site, submit a form, upload a loan tape, or otherwise interact with us through the Site.
The Site is intended for mortgage professionals, financial institutions, and their authorized representatives. It is not directed to consumers. If you are a consumer with a South River Mortgage loan or loan inquiry, the South River Mortgage privacy policy describes how your information is handled.
By using the Site you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and business details. Your name, company, title, NMLS ID, business email address, phone number, state, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a message field.
- Partnership inquiry details. Information about your company and its lending activity, such as the capacity you want to work in (broker, correspondent, or principal agent), the products you originate, origination volume, reverse mortgage experience, and who would sign an agreement.
- Loan tape data. When you use the Qualify Your Book tool you upload a spreadsheet describing loans in your portfolio. A loan tape may include borrower names, property addresses, loan balances, interest rates, origination dates, and similar loan-level details, some of which is nonpublic personal information about your customers. We treat loan tape data as confidential, use it only to screen loans for reverse mortgage eligibility and to prepare your qualification results, and handle it under the safeguarding requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us, as described in our Terms of Use.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request. We use your IP address to apply rate limits to the upload tool and to protect the Site from abuse. See Cookies and similar technologies for the cookies and browser storage we use.
Information from other sources
We may supplement what you give us with information from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), state regulators, business directories and other public sources, our affiliates, and referral partners, for example to verify licensing before we enter into a partnership.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls with our team.

How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us at info@wholesalereverse.com.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to support an active or prospective partnership, and to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements. Loan tape data is kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your qualification results and any resulting partnership, after which it is deleted or anonymized in line with our retention schedule.
